Our Patient Portal is a great way to keep track of your child’s medical records. You can request copies of immunizations, look up lab results and send NON-URGENT inquires to our medical team – all at YOUR convenience, no matter the place or the time of day!

This service allows our team to communicate with you via the internet, as we collect information using questionnaires (examples: developmental milestones, mental health or ADHD concerns) in a confidential and secure manner. Therefore, by completing these forms online or at home, we can maximize your time when you are face-to-face with the providers in our office.
Please call the office with your questions and remember to notify us of any changes to your insurance policy. With your assistance, our staff can help you stay fully informed about your insurance and pharmacy coverage, and the financial responsibilities regarding your child’s care. We will collect co-payments and balances at your child’s appointments.
If you have a new baby, or a child is added to your family – YIPPEE & HURRAY! – but please remember to let your insurance provider know that there has been an addition to your policy. If your policy requires you to choose a primary care provider (PCP), please choose: DR. AMY BECK. Remember to bring your insurance card to each visit.
For the safety of your child and to protect your privacy, we will routinely ask you for a current address, phone numbers and emergency contacts for those adults who care for your child.
